Circa 1890.

19th century 4 plank Oak French vendange or wine tasting table sourced from the South of France, these tables were originally used in the vineyards for the workers to have lunch, and if someone passed by they would be offered a glass of wine. This vintner's table would have been folded and stored in the barn when not in use.

The bleached top creates a lovely contrast to the original finish of the legs. The top has a past honest repair.
With no apron theres lots of leg room so could be used as a dining table or centre table.
