1. General

The following Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) shall govern the use of the website adamlloydinteriors.com


2. Registration

Users must only register to use the Service to purchase or to make a request to Adam Lloyd Interiors Ltd.

Registration and creation of a user account are free of charge. Minors and individuals who have no or only limited legal capacity may not register or checkout as ‘guest’.


2.1 At ‘checkout’ when either registering an account or checking out as ‘guest’, the User is obligated to provide truthful and complete information. If any changes occur regarding the information collected after the registration the User shall update the data in his/her user account without undue delay or – if possible – inform Adam Lloyd Interiors about the change. By sending the completed registration checkout form the User submits an offer to conclude a contract regarding the use of adamlloydinteriors.co, he agrees to these Terms and affirms not to be excluded from the use of the Service.


2.2  Adam Lloyd Interiors may reject a sale without stating reasons.


2.3 A contract will come into effect when checkout is complete. A confirmatory email of the registration and checkout will be received by the User. In receiving this confirmatory email the contract regarding the use of adamlloydinteriors.com has been concluded between the User and Adam Lloyd Interiors.


2.4 During registration/checkout the User may register an account or checkout as a ‘guest’. Registration covers his/her user name and a password (hereinafter referred to as “Access Data”). User names are not permitted if their use constitutes an infringement of third-party rights; in particular the right to use a name, trademark, or device which otherwise breaks the law or are considered contrary to public policy. The User is obligated to keep his/her Access Data secret and prevent unauthorised use by third-parties. If the User loses his/her Access Data, or if he finds out or suspects that his/her Access Data may be used by a third person, he shall immediately inform Adam Lloyd Interiors Ltd. thereof.


2.5 Each User may only be registered once at any given time.


2.6 Adam Lloyd Interiors reserves the right to immediately block the User’s account on adamlloydinteriors.com, in particular if the User:

• provided incorrect data during the registration process

• has infringed his/her obligation to handle the access data carefully

• breached these Terms
• registered more than once
In the case that a user account is blocked the User concerned is not allowed to register again without the express prior approval of Adam Lloyd Interiors.


3. Conclusion of Purchase Contracts and Shipping


3.1.1 Adam Lloyd Interiors Ltd. has various shipping options available for selected locations and parcel sizes when the User selects ‘Request A Delivery Estimate’. Worldwide shipping is available via a number of shipping logistic companies. Large and bulky items are shipped via our specialised furniture delivery partner. All deliveries are to the kerb-side. For heavy items please ensure that someone is available to assist with off-loading on arrival as we are only able to send out one driver. If you wish to have your item delivered into your home please tick the ‘Two man delivery’ box on the ‘Request A Delivery Estimate’ form and inform via email which floor as additional costs will apply. 


3.1.2 When selecting ‘Request A Delivery Estimate’. you the User are responsible for leaving correct contact information in the form of email and phone number. Adam Lloyd Interiors Ltd. will be in touch as soon as possible within business working hours to discuss options with you. Delivery costs are calculated after purchase, however if you the User wish to discuss costs prior to purchase for a personal shipping quotation please contact Adam Lloyd Interiors Ltd. via adam@adamlloydinteriors.com


3.1.3 The logistics process is as follows: 1.The Purchaser provides any information that is relevant to the item’s transportation.
 2.Adam Lloyd Interiors Ltd. sources transportation quotes.
 3.The Purchaser agrees on one of the provided quotes or decides to arrange transportation by themselves.

 4.If Adam Lloyd Interiors Ltd. is to organise transportation, Adam Lloyd Interiors will collect all transportation costs before the transportation takes place. An email will be sent to the Purchaser/User with an online link to provide payment for these services. Goods will not be despatched until payment is cleared.


The final cost of transportation (including transportation insurance) is the responsibility of the Purchaser.

Adam Lloyd Interiors Ltd. is not responsible for any increases of duties and taxes. Any increase or decrease in duties and taxes will be passed on to the purchaser


If a Purchaser does not use the logistics services offered by Adam Lloyd Interiors Ltd. they are solely responsible for arranging transportation.


3.1.4 Shipping times will vary. Items will be shipped once payment has cleared. Parcels usually arrive 2-4 weeks after your order, bulky items usually 3-6 weeks after your order. Your order may arrive to you in more than one parcel.


3.1.5 Adam Lloyd Interiors Ltd. will notify the User as soon as the item has been shipped with any tracking numbers available.


3.1.6 Adam Lloyd Interiors Ltd. insist on comprehensively insuring all items until the item is received or signed for. It is required that the User inspects their order as soon as it arrives, and in the event any item is damaged during shipping to notify Adam Lloyd Interiors Ltd. immediately with photographs of the packaging, and of the item itself. The shipping company is ultimately responsible to reimburse you for any damage that occurs during shipping. If the User confirms receipt of the item and does not notify Adam Lloyd Interiors Ltd. of any defect within two days after the receipt, Adam Lloyd Interiors Ltd. will not be able to assist in claiming for damages caused by the shipper.


3.2.1 When selecting ‘I’ll collect my order” or ‘I’ll arrange my own delivery’ the User or transportation company assigned by the User must contact Adam Lloyd Interiors Ltd. via email adam@adamlloydinteriors.com to arrange a suitable time for collection. 


3.2.2 When selected ‘I’ll collect my order’ or ‘I’ll arrange my own delivery’ The User must arrange to collect the item within 14 calendar days after the purchase date. After 14 calendar days the items will enter storage. If further storage is necessary the user bears all costs. Please email adam@adamlloydinteriors.com for more information.


3.2.3 Items uncollected within 6 months without prior arranged storage or near future delivery or collection date, will be resold and no monies refunded to the User.


3.2.4 If items need to be stored for longer than 14 days this may be done so by prior arrangement by contacting adam@adamlloydinteriors.com to discuss and confirm storage timescales, availability and costs.


4. Purchase of Antiques online


4.1 All goods are sold as seen. Please use photographs as part of items description and condition and refer to description as guideline to antique condition. We do not accept refunds, please understand that the pieces have a history so will have age related marks, scratches, dents, dings and bruises as this is what gives the piece character. We ask you to take in these factors and encourage you to ask questions before purchasing. Items such as glass/mirror can not be insured and are posted at the buyers risk. In the unlikely event that you feel that you have been provided with the wrong information we will happily discuss this further and look at each case individually and fairly. Please retain your receipt & notify us within 7 days of receiving the item via email.

If we agree a return on the above outlined terms, we  advise you look into the necessary insurance in order to avoid the chance of damage whilst under the responsibility of your chosen courier & always ask for proof of postage. Refunds will be issued upon receipt & inspection of the item, it must be in the same condition as it was purchased in. Please note we cannot refund your original courier charge and or your return courier charge.


4.2 You, the User are wholly responsible for making sure that you take note of the sizes of items supplied on our website and measure up before ordering. We will not accept return of items that do not fit through doorways or are incorrect for spaces. We have made sure that measurements are clear and correct on our website to ensure you have all the information you need before you purchase. If such issue ever arises it will be at the Users cost.


5. Use of Contact Details

Contact details of other Users obtained in the course of using the Service may be used exclusively to process the sales contracts concluded with them. In particular, it is forbidden to use the contact details for other private or commercial purposes, e.g. for promotional purposes especially, but not limited to, unrequested and uninvited advertising by email, fax, text message, mail or to be contacted by phone.


7. Data Protection

Adam Lloyd Interiors Ltd. may save and process any data relating to the User, to the extent necessary for the purpose of the execution and implementation of this use contract and of purchase contracts concluded via adam@adamlloydinteriors.com as long as Adam Lloyd Interiors is required to keep such data in accordance with applicable laws.

7.1 The Privacy Policy applies in addition to these Terms.


8. Payment information

All transactions are secure and encrypted.


9. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions of Use

Adam Lloyd Interiors reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions of Use at any given time.
